Conceptual Age-Presentation by Kaye Appleby

The skills that humans can provide that computers cannot: empathy, spirituality, art, mobile sculpture, emotion, compassion, laughter, social dexterity, imagination, joyfulness, humor. Master's of Fine Arts are hotter credentials than MBAs. Only 4 to 10 percent of carreer success is based on IQ. The most significant change of the Conceptual Age might be occurring outside the office--and inside our hearts and souls.

I also think about how computers can't show emotions, spirit, laughter, etc. I think about calling companies and get a recorded machine. I hate listening to the computer, I want a human. Someone that I can relate to and visit with.
